View(Menu) ->Requests ->Submit a new request -> ok

   Name:      RollBack Run
   Parametre: Payroll Run .....> xxx
              Assignment set...> xxx
              Ok

submit -> no ->find:

refresh data

Then do all the neccessary adjustment and run your payroll.

Hr CTL….> Humman Resource….> Enter and maintain employees:

[Be the date on which the employees have to get the promotion]

Number/ full name -> enter number…xxx….> find :

click on assignment ….> grade….> change grade…save…> update

To calculate the back pay the payroll expert

1. Create and maintain element set
   XXX Payrol expert…> Payroll…>

Create and maintain assignment set…..> create a new asignment set and include employees who have got promotion

Create and maintain element set…..>
Name….xxx…> type….> Run set….> Save
include element….xxxx
include element….xxxx
Save.

2. View….> Request….> submit a new request….>ok
Name: Retro pay by element
parameter: Assignment set….>xxx [Contains employees who get promotion]
Element set ….xxx
Start date…….. the day on which the employee get promotion
Last date ……. Last day of the month on which the payroll is
processed
Ok…> submit…> no…> find…>refresh data.

Batch element entry

Payroll -> Batch element entry

Name: xxx ->save
Click on assignment set
Assignment set….xxx
Element set ….xxx Tab
Click on procces…> yes…> ok
Click on element lines…..> chek elements and employees if neccesary give
the pay value and save it.close after completing your action.

click on proccess….> start…>ok.

F11…> name[xxx]…>ctrl+F11…..>check the status.
the correct status is “transferd”

To Attach Pay method to an employee

Mofec Payroll Exper ….> humman resource…> enter and maintain emplopyees:

date??? be the date on which the hr hire the employee

Enter number /full namme ->find:

assignment -> others:

Pay method :
Name: …click on lov and select one…example…>Direct deposit
Priority ….. 1
percentage…..100
Bank Detail….> enter aoount number…>ok

Save

Mofec Payroll Exper ….> humman resource…> enter and maintain emplopyees:

date??? be the date on which the hr hire the employee

Enter number…number…>find….> assignment…>others….>costing…cost code
programm………….eg. Support and Service
budget type……….eg. 20
sub account………. : your org number
source of finance….eg. 1800

Then save and close the form.

Do the same for other employees

To generate a reports: Example “IFMIS payroll Detail report By Organization”

View(Menu) ->Requests->Submit a new request->ok:

   Name:     Ifmis payroll Detail report By Organization  
   Parameter: 
          Organization Name: eg. Ministry of finance and economic cooperation
           Payroll Name     : XXXX payroll
           Period name      : eg. 3 2019 calander month
           Assignment set   : xxxx
              Ok

-> submit -> no -> find:

Click refresh data till the process finishes

Click View Output

If it is Ok continue to the next step

1. Run Costing
2. Run SLA
3. Creat accounting Payroll
4. Transfer to GL[ request set]

Be on Payroll Expert

View (Menu) -> Requests -> Submit a new request ->ok:

   Name:      Payroll Run
   Parametre: Payroll....>      XXXX payroll
              Assignment Set...> xxx
              Run type.........> standard
              Ok

-> submit ->no-> find:

Click refresh data to watch the progress

Now Generate the following Report:

IFMIS payroll Detail report By Organization

If it is Ok continue to the next step

1. Run Costing
2. Run SLA
3. Creat accounting Payroll
4. Transfer to GL[ request set]

How to terminate employees:

XXX hr CTL….> Humman resource….> Enter and maintain employees:

Enter employee number or name -> find :

Others -> End employement
Leaving Reason ….> eg. personal reason
Actual ….> Date on which the employee is terminate

Click on terminate….> save.

Navigator: XXXX payroll expert…> human Resource ….> Enter and maintain employees:

Change Date: yes ->
Date? Be the date on which the hr hire the employee then ok
Enter employee number or full name ->find:

-> Click on Assignment :

Payroll…..>XXX payroll
Salary basis …click and choose from LOV …..> save

Click Entries To enter elements

Then save and close element window
